As a State-Owned Enterprise, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Kandatel Dumai is responsible for carrying out the authority in the field of providing services and telecommunications networks. In its activities, the work program has not yet been completed in accordance with the objectives set, and work facilities are still inadequate. With a population of 32 participants, this study takes a quantitative approach. Data was collected using interviews and questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out. The leadership function is in the good group, while organizational effectiveness is in the effective category, according to the research findings. Meanwhile, based on these findings, the significance test accepted the study's hypothesis, namely that there is a significant relationship between leadership function and organizational effectiveness at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia , Tbk. Kandatel Dumai. It is suggested that the leadership element improves its ability to carry out the control function, increases the organization's effectiveness by providing adequate facilities to support work implementation, and develops work programs that are in line with the needs so that organizational goals can be met on time.
